Parking Station

The city of Minneapolis has thousands of on street parking spots that require payment during high times. To pay, users must use the pay stations located on each block. The current pay stations leave many user confused and frustrated. In order to improve the experience, user testing was used throughout the redesign process to create a pay station that is easy to use.
